The Moxie Space team is always busy coming up with ways to organize and simplify our clients’ homes!

Our organizers are insured, background-checked, and trained to work with clients while maintaining confidentiality.

sara fritsch

sara fritsch || owner

August 2016
Sara grew up in West Texas and now lives in the hills of Austin with her fiancé and soon-to-be step-kiddos. She enjoys crossword puzzles, being barefoot as much as possible, deep-diving into astrology, and exploring new places. You’ll often find her rearranging her living spaces whenever she needs a dose of inspiration. Sara is passionate about organizing and believes that uncovering surfaces in our homes helps us uncover our own energetic, mental, and emotional blocks. She feels incredibly lucky to be running a company she loves with such an amazing team!

sarah madden

sarah madden || lead organizer, training lead

June 2017
Sarah was born in Austin but raised in San Antonio. She loves camping, hiking, chilling at Barton Springs, and doing crossword puzzles with her husband. After living in a tiny house (aka the biggest organizational challenge of her life), she realized she could organize anything and everything – and that she actually loves it! Now Sarah uses her skills and creativity to help others find peace and joy in their homes. Her greatest organizing wish: that The Container Store would open more locations.

breanna rollings || lead organizer, copywriter

June 2018
Breanna grew up in the suburbs of Dallas but has made Austin her home since 2002. Her happy place is either reading a good book at the beach or watching movies on the couch with her sweet husband. Breanna was an extremely tidy child (her parents never had to make her clean her room) and always hoped that one day she could turn her love of sorting and organizing into a career. She fully believes that decluttering and organizing one’s home can be life-changing, and she gets so much satisfaction from helping our clients do just that!

kim ray

kim ray || lead organizer

May 2019
Kim was born in Indiana and now lives in Austin with her husband, two dogs, and sweet baby daughter. She is always up for adventure; her hobbies include canyoneering, caving, and K9 training. When she’s not out volunteering for local Search & Rescue, you might find her catching up on The Bachelor. Kim became a professional organizer because she saw the real impact organizing made in her own home, and she wanted to help others find solutions for their families. Her favorite thing about organizing is how a space that has been cluttered and disorganized for years can be transformed in a matter of hours!

crista ward

crista ward || lead organizer

October 2021
Crista is a San Antonio native who enjoys running, making jewelry, baking sourdough bread, and thrifting/restoring mid-century furniture. A former educator, private tutor, and devoted dog-mom to her chiweenies, Crista is excited to use her boundless energy and strong problem-solving skills to help our clients create meaningful changes in their homes. She loves transforming spaces and believes that being organized frees up time for all the things you really love to do!

shermina ali

monica perez || lead organizer

September 2022
Monica is a native Austinite who loves playing soccer (both indoor and outdoor!) and old-school games like Rummikub. She’s down for watching any Bravo reality show, any time. Monica also loves puzzles, and what is organizing but solving a puzzle in your space? But her favorite part about being a professional organizer is giving clients valuable time back in their day by creating easy, efficient systems in their homes – it’s truly one of the most rewarding parts of the job!

megan wise || assistant organizer, social media manager

March 2021
Megan is an Austin native (shout out to 78704!) and loves yoga, cooking healthy but delicious food, reading novels and self-help books, and taking walks with her family. A former professional singer, Megan also enjoys writing songs with her musician husband. Organizing has always been a big part of her life – especially while raising two kids! In fact, completing an organizing project in her own home is one of her favorite feelings. Now, as a Moxie Space organizer, Megan is excited to use her knowledge and creativity to create peaceful, organized spaces for our clients.

natasha ulack || assistant organizer

October 2021
Kentucky-born Natasha lives in Austin with her husband, three children, and dog – so she understands the importance of easy, low-maintenance systems! Helping others create a home where they can focus on what’s important to them brings her so much joy, and she especially loves finding solutions for underutilized spaces. When she isn’t organizing, Natasha enjoys reupholstering furniture, listening to audiobooks, teaching sex-ed, and relaxing on her back porch with family and friends.

ileana walsh || assistant organizer

September 2022
Ileana hails from El Paso, TX and enjoys dancing, crafting, meditating, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is also very justice-minded and loves being active in her community. Ileana was drawn to organizing as a profession because she finds so much gratification in transforming a space aesthetically and energetically. She believes that a label maker is a must-have for any multi-person household (so true). Ileana is excited to be part of the Moxie Space team and help change people’s homes – and lives – for the better!

kayla promes || assistant organizer

October 2023
Kayla moved to Texas from Colorado and is ready to enjoy being outside during the warmer winters. She also loves to crochet, bake, and take care of all her plant babies. Kayla was inspired to become a professional organizer after seeing how a peaceful, organized space can really make a house feel more like a home. She wants to help other people achieve that peace by showing them how easy it can be with the right tools and systems. We’re so glad to have Kayla and her positive energy on the Moxie team!
