about you

You’re personable, genuine, and you exude calm. You’re already a great organizer and love shopping at The Container Store. You accept people for who they are, and where they are. You’re a quick learner and a great listener. And most of all: you love to set things straight!

about the job

As a Moxie organizer, you are expected to already feel confident with your organizing skills. You’ll dive in as an assistant and work alongside lead organizers as they perform organizing sessions in clients’ homes. This is not an employer/employee relationship. You can set your own hours, so you’ll move up at your own pace as you gain more experience. Reliable transportation and a smart phone are required, along with a positive attitude and an open mind! Moxie Space organizers are independent contractors and are compensated at an hourly rate based on status (assistant or lead).
